Glad to see you back. I agree, social media is almost a necessary evil. I have resisted but recently started using twitter. I see in the future, I will have to rely somewhat on social media.

I love how you effortlessly captured the Erykah Badu experience at the Fox Theatre. I also attended the show, and counted it as one of the best NYE experiences to date. Yes, it was an “experience” so much more than the typical concert hoopla. Good times.

I’m so glad you were able to capture these great photos of Badu herself- i was in the nosebleeds up on the balcony and felt the ecstatic presence of Ms. Badu and her incredible band though there’s nothing quite like front row, dead center for an act like hers…. She killed it most definitely!!!

She was definitely wearing them! lol I think Saadiq just came out to surprise her, he sang a few seconds but I would’ve loved to see him do more. ah well, still a great show!
